Since its first invention in 1968, cat scratching furniture has been produced from various materials and in different shapes. When producing sturdy cat furniture that can serve for many years, it is essential to choose environmentally friendly materials that do not contain harmful substances for your cat. Despite the increased cost compared to ordinary furniture, we take all these factors into account in our production.Models created by the design team with professional 3D programs go through the shaping process on computer-aided CNC and Panel Sizing machines located in the 5000 m2 production area, using high-quality 25mm and 18mm thick MDF plates. After this, the edges and corners are softened by expert personnel. The scratching posts used for each model are produced by wrapping durable cardboard materials with a thickness of 7mm with glued 6mm natural sisal ropes. Processed MDF plates and posts are assembled and checked before the covering stage. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, all materials to be covered are sent to the covering section. At this stage, high-quality plush fabrics with a weaving density of 500-600 gr/m2 are glued to wooden panels by skilled workers and stapled into channels specially opened to hide the wires. In the final stage of production, all prepared parts are reassembled, and final checks are conducted.The product box is securely closed, including the assembly diagram and necessary connection equipment, and stored for shipment by attaching a label with product information.Cat furniture that will serve you and your pets for many years is produced through these stages, with all spare parts that can be ordered if needed.
